Memory is a burden, though the future can be equally as difficult to bear. There are moments when you may feel paralyzed between the two, when time expands and collapses, crushing and lifting you. But in these moments,
sadness can mean the same thing as beauty. Sometimes, you want to hold onto it but you can’t. I wanted to explore those moments and that feeling with this film.
